    Im going to have a small staff dedicated to taking care of the arena and dungeon affairs.

    Seems like a waste of GFX, seeing as that's basically Developers... and you're just spliting them into even more groups. Just "Event Developers" is enough.

    We have suesstions and Questions..

    And that GFX section can be absorbed by "Shops"

    Jus thought i'd leave it as that until you elaborated on why we have such sections.
