    Name: The Watching Eyes
    Rank: Master
    Description: Maldrean summons 15 disembodied floating eyes of pure Arcane energy which either float around Maldrean protecting him from ranged attacks or even travel around in a 40 meter zone which Maldrean is the center. The eyes can either create small shields each or blast small bolts of energy. These eyes are Maldreans eyes, ears and voice able to transmit anything they see in the 40 meter range to him or from him to them.
    The Watching Eyes:

    Duration and cooldown: The eyes last for 5 posts and have a 7 post cooldown
    Strengths: Each eyes shield and blast are of human tier level. They have a high demi-god speed allowing them to move around fast to avoid destruction.
    Weakness: The eyes can be destroyed easily by any weak spell or even a melee attack. If they travel out of the 40 meter zone the eyes will vanish instantly.

    Name: Sundering Rain
    Rank: Master
    Description: By putting his palm to the sky Maldren creates a massive 40 meter rune symbol in the sky above him and after a few seconds the rune begins to glow sending down a volley of arcane like blasts towards the ground as if the heavens are attacking from the skies themselves. The rain is continues but doesnt move from the spot it is summoned making it a stationary AoE spell so as long as you move out of the magic run or destroy it you can avoid the constant damage. The rain takes on the shape of 4 foot long and 2 foot wide energy arrows
    Duration and cooldown: The rain lasts for 3 posts and goes on a 6 post cooldown
    Strengths: This ability is designed to clear out a location and flood an area with damage to find targets or allow him to escape
    Weakness: The rain can be easily dispersed by destroying the rain or be defended againt by a demi-go rank shield or above.

    Name: Shackles
    Rank: Master
    Description: By creating small runes near his opponent, Maldrean can summon chains from each one to attempt to restrain his opponents movements for a brief duration. This allows him to keep them from moving to allow one of his stronger attacks to hit. The chains themselves can also do damage since they take on the form of energy like chains with spikes on each segment which do damage to those who struggle against them. They usually target the legs and arms of the opponent but will attempt to hit any limb including the head.
    Duration and cooldown: If the chains land they last for 2 posts and go on a 7 post cooldown
    Strengths: The chains are used to do damage to those who struggle and hold them in place. The spikes increase the damage they do to the opponent. The spikes do damage to any limb wrapped but only when the opponent struggles against them.
    Weakness: They can be easily broken by either attacking them with Demi-god or higher attacks or destroying the rune that is there base.

    Name: Arcanus Blast
    Rank: Master
    Description: The spell takes on the form of small energy orbs that engulf his fists and fire off small blasts of energy that do concentrated damage on each hit and have a explosive radius of 10 ft. This being one of Maldreans more basic spells it allows him to use it more often without a long cooldown and used as a ranged attack. They sacrifice there damage and blast radius to increase the ability use allowing 10 to be launched before going on a 1 post cooldown.
    Duration and cooldown: The blasts are instant and have a 2 post cooldown
    Strengths: Sacrificing damage and blast radius the spell can be spammed allowing for a more versatile attack.
    Weakness: With low damage and not a huge explosive range the spell does only human tier damage.

    Name: Fact or Fiction?
    Rank: Master
    Description: By creating a a secondary zone exiling him and his target to this location it allows the full use of Maldreans mind in this realm creating almost anything that he desires to scare the opponent. These false visions in this realm show the opponent there deepest fears or regrets to drive them to there breaking point. This is shown activating when the glow from his tattoos grow so bright Maldreans face vanishes only leaving a blank void of arcane energy.
    Fact or Fiction?:
    Duration and cooldown: the realm only lasts for 3 posts and goes on a 8 post cooldown
    Strengths: This is very strong against those of a weak mind allowing them to succumb to the visions with ease.
    Weakness: But as with stronger minds such as Demi-god rank and up can break through this illusion shattering the dimension. This spell is not meant to damage but to just weaken his opponents mind. To use this Maldrean must be stationary and unable to even use another skill or dodge any attack while doing this. The way to avoid this ability is to avoid eye contact with Maldrean when his face becomes the void since this is the pact to create the zone.

    Since this is kinda already claimed for grading imma step in and say that you need to change the ranks. If you havent noticed all the ranks have been given name change, that you should go look at. However for your convenience just change Demi god to Master rank.

The rain; it needs dimensions are they like spears or arrows, i'd say best to make them a bit on the larger side so that way they're somewhat dodgeable.

    Name: Fact or Fiction? As for this one i'm going to have to say is currently not viable for rp, you should replace it with a different ability, but if you want to call tobi in on this and all three of us work for a viable way to use it you can chose that if you want.

    Alright so for the last ability;

    If you were to use it against someone in battle you would have to play off the fears and the person would as well have to be able to rp it.

    We need to determine at what point someones mind would and would not be affected.

    During the process of it you would have to remain stationary and could not attack, because it would pretty much be an autohit.

    It would need some way to avoid being caught in it.

    Added in the stationary part and unable to dodge an attack if it fails, plus added the way to void is it to avoid eye contact when his face becomes the void
