    Roman Flames' Ability

    Name: Dynamic Flames
    Rank: Novice
    Description: The user is able to utilize magical flames with physical combat. The user's limbs are coated in fire, and that when they strike, a jet of fire would burst out. The spell grant the users impressive offensive abilities, though their defensive capabilities is lacking. This grant them a spell that allow them to combat in close to mid-range. The user is also capable of flight via jet propulsion but they require external assistance that can keep them lifted while they provide thrust. The injuries can range from first to second degree burns. The range of the jet of flames is 10 meters. The size of the flames varies, but can range from a small fireball with a foot diameter and a large blast with a 2 meter diameter.
    Duration and cooldown: 4/6
    Strengths:
    The user is capable of close to mid-range combat.
    The ability have high offensive abilities.
    Capable of flight.
    Weakness:
    The spell relies heavily on offensive abilities and lack defensive abilities.
    Is at a disadvantage is a wet environment and/or climate.
    Flight require external assistance to provide lift.

    Name: Festive Fury
    Rank: Novice
    Description: The spell was created by Roman Flames' love for festivals. The spell when launched resembles greatly to that of fireworks. The user cast a spell where they conjure a ball of flame in their hands. Condensing the flames, the user is capable of launching the fireball at a high speed and explode on impact. The diameter of the ball of fire is about 0.3 meters. The range of the attack is 40 meters. The explosion has a blast radius of 20 meters. Injuries can range from first to second degree burns and small concussive force.
    Duration and cooldown: Instant/2
    Strengths:
    A long range attack.
    Explosion is good against groups of enemies.
    Weakness:
    Accuracy is low. (Usually off by about a feet or two.)
    Collateral damage is to be expected.

The user can create daggers out of the flames that acts very similar to a blowtorch. The user is also capable of flight via jet propulsion but they require external assistance that can keep them lifted while they provide thrust. The injuries can range from first to second degree burns. From what I read this two different abilities in one, you'll need to chose one or the other; creating daggers of flames or causing the flames to extend from physical attacks.
    Duration and cooldown: 4/5 6 cooldown

    Edited: I have remove the daggers, increased the cooldown and have fit the description to the appropriate tier.

    Forgot this earlier, but im gonna need dimensions for the balls of fire as well as the jets of fire.

    And maybe reword the first one to say that your hands/feet are coated in fire, and that when you strike a jet of fire would burst out. Or something similar to this.

    Roman Flames' Novice Ability Bundle(x5)

    Name: Flame Construction
    Rank: Novice Tier 5
    Description: The user creates animal shaped constructs from magical energy of the user's. Depending on the animal that the constructs are based on, they have a multitude of purposes and abilities. The constructs glows like fire, but they will not burn when in their "construct" form unless they are detonated by the user's commands. Insects and spider shaped constructs act like common bombs, but gain locomotion. Bird shaped constructs can be used as projectile bombs or transportation if large enough since they are capable of flight. Snake and centipede shaped constructs are underground bombs and can move if commanded, they can also immobilize opponents. Fish and jellyfish shaped constructs are underwater bombs, though they are less effective, fishes are capable of swimming although the jellyfishes acts like underwater mines. Constructs can be independent and will explode automatically if given orders to do so. However, the spell has a "crafting phase" where the user can make a certain amount of constructs in a certain amount of time. The maximum range is 40 meters and will detonate automatically when constructs exits. The blast radius is 10 meters. Effects are small concussive force and 1st degree burns.
    Duration and cooldown: Construction Phase: 3 Cooldown: 4
    Strengths:
    -Insects and Spiders: Mobile bombs
    -Birds: Projectile bombs and transportation
    -Snake and Centipedes: Underground bombs and restraints
    -Fishes and Jellyfishes: Underwater bombs
    -Constructs remains after duration ends
    -Should they be destroyed by anything that isn't water, they will still explode
    Weakness:
    -Range is 40 meters
    -Blast radius is 10 meters
    -Ineffective when doused by water
    -Can be tricked into exploding early when given a set of commands from the user
    -15 constructs is the current limit
    -Non-lethal

    Name: Majestic Dragon of Passion
    Rank: Novice Tier 5
    Description: The user creates a large dragon from their own magical energy that is capable of flight. At it's current level, the length of the dragon is 5 meters and its wingspan is 10 meters. The user can ride on the dragon and have it attack their opponents with flaming balls of fire. However, the fireballs is created from the magical component of the dragon and will slowly shrink in size as it continue to attack. Maximum altitude is 40 meters. The blast radius of the fireballs is 15 meters. Effects are small concussive force and 1st degree burns from the fireballs.
    Duration and cooldown: 4/6
    Strengths:
    -Offensive transportation
    -Should they be destroyed by anything that isn't water, then they will still explode
    Weakness:
    -Shrinks when attacking
    -Maximum altitude is 40 meters
    -Blast radius is 15 meters
    -Non-lethal

    Name: Totem of Rebirth
    Rank: Novice Tier 5
    Description: The user constructs a special bomb out of their magical energy. The construct takes the form of a large egg that has a rough diameter of 0.5 meters. The bomb will detonate automatically should the user is more than 40 meters from it. It's blast radius is 20 meters. It's effects are small concussive force and 1st degree burns. The plumes of the explosion takes the form of a large bird of fire that resembles a phoenix. It will detonate automatically after a certain amount of time had passed.
    Duration and cooldown: 3/4
    Strengths:
    -Large blast radius
    -Detonate automatically at 40 meters
    -Can detonate manually by the user
    -If they are destroyed by anything that isn't water, they will still explode
    Weakness:
    -Blast radius is 20 meters
    -Ineffective if doused in water
    -Non-lethal

    Name: Disguised Bombs
    Rank: Novice Tier 5
    Description: The user creates 5 identical clones out of their magical energy. Each clone acts as mobile bombs and will detonate automatically or manually, depending on the user's purpose for them. The effects are concussive force and 1st degree burns. They will detonate automatically when they are 40 meters from the user. The blast radius is 10 meters. Also, the clones are unable to use any spells the user's capable of casting.
    Duration and cooldown: 4/5
    Strengths:
    -Mobile bombs
    -Clones can be decoys
    -Should they be destroyed other by other than water, they will still explode
    Weakness:
    -Non-lethal
    -Range is 40 meters
    -Blast radius is 10 meters
    -Ineffective if doused in water

    Name: Basic Magical Explosives
    Rank: Novice Tier 5
    Description: The user creates 20 small explosives in their hands. The diameter of the explosives are 0.5 inches. The explosives will detonate at the user's will and has a blast radius of 1 meter. Its effects is small concussive force and 1st degree burns. It has a "crafting phase" instead of a duration. Meaning that the amount of explosives on their body will increase if they conserve their explosives long enough.
    Duration and cooldown: 20 Explosives per 10 posts
    Strengths:
    -Limitless explosives
    -Will explode automatically if destroyed by anything that isn't water
    Weakness:
    -Non-lethal
    -Weak
    -Ineffective if doused in water
