Ability/Spell name: Forger of many weapons
Description: Upon the wielder striking the earth, it can turn up to 75 sq meters of the earth centered on the point of impact as he sees fit. Many applications can be thrown on this list but to shorten them up such examples are: Tilling the earth for readied farming, mass producing masterwork quality weapons from mud instantaneously, creating caverns, creating earthen walls, Stone-shaping structures, or filling earthquakes. All in all, it involves shaping the earth as the wielder sees fit.
For all intents and purposes
Duration and Cooldown: Melee strike, two post cooldown.
Strength: Tactical terrain, vantage points, or another weapon, what's not to like.
Weakness: It cannot be used on PC's directly. The wielder can be subjected to its own failings, like creating a spike pit that consumes himself as well. It cannot be used as a means to dismantle man made structures, even a cobblestone road. Its under the divine protection of the God of Earth.

This looks all good but 2 things. The first thing is weapons, armor, abilities, and summons don't have tiers only ranks. So you can take that out. The second thing is I would advise you to increase the range to meters instead of feet.
