Cops and Robbers [Roman Flames and Aurora Salamancer]

Mission Name: Cops and Robbers
Description: To those that may be concerned, several criminals have just recently escaped a prison. The escape was organized and it is safe to presume that someone is calling the shots among the inmates. To all that are willing to apprehend these escaped convicts, a reward has been put out to the capture of the convicts. They must be captured ALIVE. Failure to do so will no longer guarantee a reward for the effort.
Requirements: Capture all of the escaped convicts alive.

Within the Albastion Castle, the young emperor, Roman Flames, was sitting upon his throne as he read through dozens and dozens of documents that were given to him by his advisors. There were stacks of paper for him to look through and most of them were piled up when he was with Sir Wave and Lady Aurora. Letting out a tired sigh, he decided that he can't just blame others for minor inconveniences. He'll have to take up responsibility of his actions. As he continue to look through documents, he came across a report. It would seems that there was a breakout from a prison that caused several inmates to escaped. At the moment, the police force has locked down the nation to ensure that the criminals won't escape into the Free Lands. Letting out a sigh, he was planning to ask Sir Wave if he would like to deal with the situation. However, he remembered that Sir Wave wish to remain hidden for some reason. Roman has to rely on someone else, but who? After taking some time to think, he recalled that Lady Aurora may be more than willing to deal with the situation. As much as he hate it, her skills are desirable and he has been meaning to speak with her on a proposition.

"Bring me a messenger.", the emperor ordered a guard. The guard saluted in response and left the throne room to find a messenger. Minutes passed by and the guard returned with a messenger. "Ah, good, you're here. I need you to find Lady Aurora and bring her to me. If I recall correctly, she is residing with a group that worships a goddess by the name of Nemesis. They will be easy to find so be quick! I would like to ask her for assistance in apprehending the escaped criminals from this report.", the emperor said to the messenger as he gave them the report to give to Lady Aurora. The messenger saluted to the emperor before running off to find Lady Aurora and deliver Roman's message.

"Such a dreary day," The young goddess sighed, leaning against the near by window sill, a window whose height took up the entire wall, and width took up about a fifth of it. Aurora peered outside, watching the thick, grey clouds swarm the sky, rumble with sickness as it became evident that they were considering getting sick all over the calm terrain beneath them. White, ceremonial like cloth coated parts of her body, showing almost all skin except for her breasts and crotch. her meatless body, however, showed supreme to every juror which passed by.

Twirling a strand of light, blond hair between her finger tips, she watched as something began to come closer to the house, it was a man on a horse. "Oh look, company." She spoke, giving a smile, and turning around. She could hear the man knock, and see one of her jurors walk down the stairs to attend to the door. As the door was opened, Aurora walked into her room. Three maidens stood tall in her room, each ones dressed in the attire of a priestess, the sign of Libra embowered on the chests of their gowns.  "Hello madam." One of the spoke, walking up to nemesis and beginning to take off the ceremonial cloths, the other two scattering to go and fetch the attire needed for such an occasion.

As Nemesis exited the room, she slid thin, black gloves up her arms, falling all the way to her elbow. Her matching attire consisted of a skin tight, black outfit, a one piece outfit which had no sleeves, an elongated collar, and pants which stretched all the way to her legs. As she walked down the stairs, she fashioned on a ruby red jewel onto the center of her chest, looking at the man standing by the door. "Madam, Kind Roman has made a request."He juror spoke, bowing his head as the stranger handed her a letter. "A messenger," She spoke, giving the man a smile, "I see I am needed, fetch me my horse."

The horse ride took next to no time. Her valiant, wight stallion ran at speeds difficult for the messenger to catch up to. Luckly, she already knew where she was going, and needed no escort.

As she neared the castle, she could not only still admire the clouds above the city, but she could admire the king awaiting her arrival. "I see even the Albastion kingdom isn't safe from storms, or jail breaks." Giving a smile, and then a bow, she got off her horse. "It's a pleasure to see you again, King Roman. Now, it is to my understanding that we do not have time to waste."

At the entrance of the castle, Emperor Roman was waiting for Lady Aurora to arrive. He looked up uncomfortably at the clouds as it appears that the sky was about to rain. He really did not want to find those criminals under such condition. Fortunately he didn't have to wait long as Lady Aurora has accepted his request in assisting the capture of the escaped convicts. The answer came to him with Lady Aurora arriving at the castle on a white steed.

"Ah, Lady Aurora, greetings! It has been a while!", the emperor greeted the sadistic goddess with kindness though his expression became serious very quickly. "You're correct, Lady Aurora. We do not have time to waste! Fortunately, the guards have sealed the city to ensure that the criminals will not escape into the empire or out of my jurisdiction. Also, I would like to inform you that the criminals must be captured alive. They are under my jurisdiction and I cannot allow you to deliver your own justice. The people will doubt our cause.", he said to the goddess. "However, there was another reason why I called you here. I've been meaning to discuss with you on the proposition I had in mind us. It would greatly benefit you, me and Sir Wave. I hope you are willing in listening to my proposal.", he said as a guard came up to the two.

"Sir, we have narrowed down the locations of the criminals! They are currently residing within an abandoned warehouse! They seem to be following orders from one of the inmates! Please follow me so we may apprehend those criminals!", the guard stated as he lead the emperor and the goddess to the location of the convicts.

Nemesis let out a yawn. "I'm well aware of your stature. I'll let your own corrupted judges deal with the lives of these swine. I won't kill them." As the guard came towards them, letting them know the location of the criminals, Nemesis let out a smile. "Incapacitate, don't kill. understood." She then followed the guard towards the location. "I'm capable of not murdering people." She spoke, shaking her head in disapproval that it was believed that she could not constrain herself. "Please, tell me this proposition while we travel, once we get there, I do not believe I will be as inclined to give you my attention."

The guard continued to lead them, and thunder began to sound from the sky. "We might just have a bit of company from water and fire," Nemesis giggled, getting off track as she looked up towards the chaos covering the sky. "I wonder if they wish to help us with these... lost souls."

Emperor Roman made no comment about Lady Aurora's words about the sky. He really doesn't need to talk about her morbid thoughts. *Ahem* Yes, well, my proposition is that we should work together. More on the line of an... partnership or an alliance.", he stated his proposal. "Now, I'm sure you're wondering why I would suggest such a thing due to the fact that our methods tend to contradict each other, but hear me further. We may not agree on our methods, but we can agree on our goals. Both you, Sir Wave and I have similar goals. You wished to purge this world of evil and bring balance. Sir Wave's goal is to establish peace and equality for all. My goal is to promote peace, love and prosperity.", the young emperor continued. "I'm sure you know where I'm going with this. You and Sir Wave will get along nicely since both of you are willing to violence to reach your goals. However, neither of you have the resources to truly achieve your goals at the moment and I am one of the main source of funding for Sir Wave's organization. I'm sure you're familiar with them. They go by the name of Genesis. I have been funding them in hopes that we can achieve peace and equality in the future. If you are willing to join Genesis, I will be more than happy to provide as much I can to  you and your followers. If they are devoted, then they will surely be grateful in assisting your cause in your purge of evil.", the emperor finished as he waited for Lady Aurora to give him an answer.

Aurora let a sigh escape her lips as she continued down the path before her. "Are you still going on about that?" She inquired, her hair whipping behind her as the group began to speed up. Shaking her head in mild disapproval, "I have the funds and the followers to complete my goal. I don't really see what is so difficult here to understand." Gripping the golden handle of the rapier by her side, she quickly ducked down. A blade came from no where, slicing through the man leading Nemesis and the King to their location.

Sliding underneath the blade, Nemesis drew up one of her own. Twirling around as the goddess got back up, She withheld her blade. Blood spread across the floor as the corpse of the knight who led them to their destination remained lifeless. "I am going to assume you still want them all alive," she spoke, a man and women walking out behind the one with the blade. "I'll make sure not to kill them," She spoke, swiping her blade through the air before her, a loud whipping sound echoing across the town. "I'm sure there are more then just these three, you should go looking for them. When you're done with your end, we can try and set up a... negotiation."

The moment that Lady Aurora gave him an answer to his proposal, the guard that was leading them fell to the ground as he was murdered before the emperor. Roman was horrified that a criminal was willing to kill in front of the emperor. The act itself was punishable by death in his eyes. When he listened to Lady Aurora's words, he decided that the criminals will receive their punishment in due time.

Taking a step away from the conflict before him, he placed his hands together and began gathering his magical energy into them. He then created a large hawk for him to ride on and 14 centipedes for him to use to apprehend the criminals. "I will be in the air if you need me.", the emperor stated as he mounted onto his bird and have the 14 centipedes burrow underground.

He had the hawk fly off of the ground and began flying at an altitude of 15 meters. A good height to still look for the criminals and still remain a safe distance. As he flew around the district, he found a pair of criminals ransacking a house. He ordered two of his centipedes and burrow under the criminals. In an instant, the centipedes shot out of the ground and immobilized the pair of criminals. He now used up 2 of the 14 centipedes he had created. He'll have to restrain himself from detonating them until the guards have them contained. He continue his actions in the sky as he look for the remaining convicts.

Aloura payed no attention to Roman as he fled the area, doing his own part of mission, and not to distract Nemesis from the task at hand. "I honestly don't know if you are lucky, or unlucky." Letting out a sigh as she gripped her blade, two magic seals, one green and the other violet, appeared her sides. "For having to keep you all alive only means that this will become oh so much more pleasant for me, and painful for you."

Pulling her rapier from its sheath, A violet women stepped out from the green magic seal, and a small, white dog crawling out from the violet one. The man with the blade, the same blade that had taken care of the guard, charged towards her. Shaking her head, she slammed the butt of her blade into the mans gut. "Gula, Ravish." As the Violet women charged towards one of the three criminals, the collar around the dogs neck snapped. Letting out a mighty roar, it multiplied in size, being at least 10 feet tall. Its white fur now blood red, and its mouth filled with the teeth of a shark.

A smile wrapped around her face, she watched as Desire, the pink female from the green magic circle, quickly took care of her criminal. They were lucky. Aurora chuckled as she watched Desire, lifting her blade, and listen to the sound of clashing metals as her blade clashed with the mans before her. The man struck by Desire was already on the ground. One hit to the pressure point behind the neck, and you were completely immobilized for a few minutes.

As Lady Aurora was preoccupied with apprehending the criminals that were confronting her, Emperor Roman was focused of his task as well. He had managed to capture 8 more escapees after he had captured the first two. Which leaves him with exactly 4 centipedes for him to use. "Hmm, we're making a lot of progress in recapturing the criminals.", he muttered to himself.

As he continue to fly around on his creation, he noticed that a lone figure was rushing down the streets at a remarkable speed. All Roman could make out is a blur. Whoever it was, they seem to be making their way towards Lady Aurora, who was still preoccupied with fighting off the convicts. She is no doubt competent enough to take on any number of enemies. However, the figure appears to have the desire to harm Lady Aurora. As the figure rush through the streets, he noticed a glint from a metallic surface. A blade! The figure is going to attack Lady Aurora by surprise! They're going to flank her!

Roman ordered his bird to rush towards Lady Aurora, but the assailant to faster than him! He won't reach her in time to stop the figure, but he can tell her from the distance he's in. "Lady Aurora, to your left!", he yelled out as the assailant closed the distance between them and Lady Aurora. A blade was out and was about to slit the goddess' throat!

Two criminals laid before her, motionless. One simply unconscious, their body unscathed by any physical wounds. The other body, the one right next to it, was not as lucky. His eyes remained open, shock traveling through his body. lucky for Aloura, the bleeding had stopped. He must be terrified. "Scared people always end up bleeding less." She spoke, looking over the mans body, missing both legs and his right arm. How he managed to live was beyond Nemesis's comprehension but she didn't dare question such a fate. Even she knew that questioning fate was a horrid idea. 

Above those two, a shouting figure trapped in a sphere. He banged against the walls and Nemesis merely shook her head. "You won't be breaking out of that," She spoke, letting out a sigh. "Ignorance shows great heights in this one." Turning, she looked at Desire and Gula. "You have done well, I am sorry that the Emperor interfered with your true verdicts." Desire merely let out a chuckle, "What ever," She spoke, vanishing into thin air. Gula, still in his ravaging hunger form,  merely stood there. Sniffing the air, Nemesis became confused. 

"Is everything alright, Gul-" 

As the words left her mouth, she could hear the shouting of a familiar voice. Looking around, she couldn't even comprehend what was going on before Gula rushed before her. Slamming his fist into the mans chest, Gula gripped the man tight. Gasping for air, the man dropped his blade, and passed out. "Good job Gula." She spoke, turning back towards the emperor. As Gula vanished from View, she opened her mouth. Revealing a smile. "Meet me at the cafe." the goddess commanded, "We shall talk there."
